Joy Price

My name is Joy, I am the receptionist at The Hair Strand. I’m 26 years old, and I’m originally from Grand Bank on the Burin Peninsula. I moved to the city when I was 18, and since then I’ve built both my life and career here. I have been working at The Hair Strand for three years now and I’ve discovered how much I enjoy working with people and being part of a welcoming environment.

One of my favourite parts of the job is getting to know each client and building connections over time. I love being the first person to greet them when they walk through the door and the last to see them after their visit. I take pride in making sure each client enters feeling welcomed and leaves happy with their service. A positive experience from start to finish is what I strive to achieve.
