Hi, I’m Sarah!

I’m a blonding specialist at The Hair Strand in Paradise with over 16 years of experience, focusing on creating customized, dimensional colour for every shade. While I specialize in all things blonde—from soft, lived-in balayage to bright, high-impact blonding—I also create rich brunettes and vibrant reds, all tailored to enhance your features while maintaining the health and integrity of your hair.

I’ve trained at the Aveda Academy in precision cutting and have continued my education with advanced courses in balayage, highlighting, and colour formulation. I’m also certified in tape-in, weft, and K-tip extensions, allowing me to create seamless, full transformations.

Originally from Ontario, I recently moved to Newfoundland and am excited to be building my clientele in the community. When I’m not in the salon, I enjoy spending time with my husband and young son, staying active at the gym, playing hockey, and listening to country music.
